A win of epic proportions

Good God man, this is my favourite submission of the day thus far. This collection of artistic mastery deserves to be given some sort of accolade, namely daily first, a place in the top 50, and a spot of the front page. Anything that doesn't meet all three criteria is a slap in the face to flash artists everywhere.

This is the epitome of excellence, Sir. Daily Day 2 wouldn't have been the same without you, much less spectacular in nature.

Decent stuff, certainly.

The animation was of a decent quality. A little patchy at points, perhaps, but there's no doubting it worked quite well. The drawing themselves were nice, I'll give you that, but they didn't flow as well as they could have. No biggy, however.

The sound, I liked it. Not loved, mind you, liked. I thought it was going well at the start, the slow, slightly melodramatic star wars music went well with the whole "What if you didn't know who you were ?" thing. However, I was slightly dismayed when it burst into techno. Not to say that it didn't work, it did, but I felt that perhaps a better choice could have been made. What ? I don't know, but it could have been done, none the less.

The violence, well, that wasn't really that great. The fights looked slow and patchy. Perhaps they could have done with an increase in frame rate ? Whatever. There was no real violence, per se, in this movie. By that I mean, no hardcore blood and gut type stuff. But don't get me wrong, that's not a bad thing. Not at all. After all, they were robots, I'm just explaining why I scored it relatively low for violence.

Interactivity and humour, both at 0. Well, that's mainly because it was neither interactive, nor funny. Obviously it was a movie, not a game, so interactivity was never going to be at 10, but the only interactive part here was the play button. Again, not a bad thing in the slightest. As I said, it's a movie. No humour, either, but then again, I doubt you intended it to be a laugh a minute rollercoaster. Don't worry, neither of these effected your overall score.

Overall, there's not too much I can say really. It was a decent animation. Above average ? Yes, actually, it probably was. However, I felt it could flow better at parts, if you catch my drift. Well, there you have it, a solid 6 out of 10. Go you.

Good Sprite-work

As I as saying, the way you handled the Sprites was excellent. Especially during the Mario and Sonic-megaman scenes. I take it you made those yourself ? Genius.

If I were to pick up on anything, it would be two things :

1) The dialogue

Now, yes, I've taken into account the fact that English isn't your native language, but the dialogue really was quite hard to understand at times. After this first few lines I started to reminisce about Zero Wing. If you could, it would be great if you maybe got someone to help you with it. No, I'm not trying to patronize you in an way, it's just a suggestion.

2) The explosions

Sometimes these worked really well, others, not so much so. If I were to say anything to you regarding this issue, it would be that maybe you should cut down on them a littel. Just a little, mind you.

Amazing

A great game, really made me laugh. It gets slightly confusing at times though, when the enmies look exactly the same as the character. Otherwise, this is probably one of the best games i've played on NG.

[Mice 2 - Game]

Very amusing

This would be a great game to pass the time if you were bored. The power ups were very entertaining, if you were to make future versions, it would be fun to see more :)

But It would be a whole lot better if you were to add multiple levels, and maybe even more weapon choices.
